Kromm ist plattdeutsch (Frisiandialect): 'Krumm' (verdreht), (engl. Awry, bended, bent, twisted, devious). Krumm often are hard-working people. This will be a lot of people in old age. But if a womans attribute, or charakter become the first name to a family name, then she must have been something special. She was not a fighter and she was bent with age.
